JJ Johannes was an excellent realtor who made the process of selling our home go smoothly after we moved out of state. His video recording of the comparative market analysis was very helpful as we could re-watch parts of it when we had questions. He also discovered discrepancies between our condo's previous square footage sales listings and the actual square footage of our condo as listed on the assessor's website which allowed us to set a higher asking price and showed us that he had thoroughly researched our property. He was professional, punctual and communicated very well. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling property in Cedar Rapids!

We lived in another community an hour away where we wanted to relocate. JJ sent us targeted alerts when properties came on the market, and previewed some of them for us when we couldn’t come ourselves. His knowledge of builders and their strengths was very detailed. JJ was extremely knowledgable concerning the realty market in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. He answered our questions in a timely fashion and always kept us up to date and involved in the negotiations. He was very pleasant and never made us feel that we were being an imposition when showing us property and took the time to talk with us and explain the positive and negative of each property. We had complete confidence in him as we were moving here from out of town. We would highly recommend him as their realtor as he made the process go smoothly for us.
